You can easily track your order, receive assistance for returning a device, generate an invoice and contact our support team by setting up your account with the email address that you used to purchase your device.
If you've placed an order on Reebelo before, then you've already started the account creation process!
To log in, navigate to https://reebelo.ca/account/login and when you see the Sign in form, enter the email you used when checking out. Alternatively, if your email is associated with a Google account you can use the "Sign in with Google" button.
Once you enter your email in the form, if an account exists with that email, you'll be sent a one time password (OTP) to that email. Check your email for a message entitled "Your Reebelo verification code" from no-reply@verificationemail.com (you may want to add that email to your safe list if you don't get the message). The email will look like this:
Take the code and enter it into the form to sign in.
If you don't see the email, you can click "Resend" to have the email re-sent. The code is valid for 5 minutes -- if you try to enter the code after this time, you'll need to request a new code via the Resend link.
If you prefer the sign in with a password and you haven't seen the OTP flow before, you will need to first reset you password. To get started click "Sign in with password".
This will bring you to the following form where you can click "Reset Password":
On the following screen, confirm your email and click "Get Verification Code"
Doing so will kick off another code sent to your email entitled "Your Reebelo verification code" from no-reply@verificationemail.com (you may want to add that email to your safe list if you don't get the message):
Take this code and enter it into the form that appears:
And set a new password. Once you've reset your password, you can use that to log in going forward.
