To reset your password, navigate to https://reebelo.ca/account/login and when you see the Sign in form, enter the email you used when checking out. Alternatively, if your email is associated with a Google account you can use the "Sign in with Google" button.
Once you enter your email in the form, if an account exists with that email, you'll be sent a one time password (OTP) to that email. Check your email for a message entitled "Your Reebelo verification code" from no-reply@verificationemail.com (you may want to add that email to your safe list if you don't get the message). The email will look like this:
Take the code and enter it into the form to sign in if you'd like.
However, if you prefer to sign in with a password and need to reset it, click "Sign in with password".
This will bring you to the following form where you can click "Reset Password":
On the following screen, confirm your email and click "Get Verification Code"
Doing so will kick off another code sent to your email entitled "Your Reebelo verification code" from no-reply@verificationemail.com (you may want to add that email to your safe list if you don't get the message):
Take this code and enter it into the form that appears:
And set a new password. Once you've reset your password, you can use that to log in going forward, though the OTP flow will be presented as a default to get to the password sign in view.
