If you placed an order to the wrong delivery address you can request an amendment. Note, however, that requests can only be made if the item(s) have not yet shipped.
To make a request, log into your account and locate the item under My orders and click Help. If you have multiple items in an order a request has to be made under each item.
On the following screen, select I need to change my delivery address:
On the next page, fill out your requested changes. Note that for security reasons we only allow minor changes:
- Correcting a street number or name typo
- Adding an apartment, unit, or suite number
For other changes, please cancel and place a new order with the correct address.
If your requested changes fall under the above guidelines, enter your details and click Submit your help request to send the request to our team, who will relay it to the vendor for approval.
If your requested changes are more than the above guidelines, click the Cancel order button to start the cancellation process instead.
Valid amendment requests will be passed to the vendor but are not guaranteed as the vendor may start processing the order before the request reaches them.
If the address cannot be amended and the delivery fails to reach you, we can process a full refund once the device has been safely delivered back to the vendor.
