Some devices are opened during the refurbishing process so that tests can be conducted by our vendors. This is why waterproof sealing is not guaranteed on our refurbished devices.
Our sellers do their best to handle these devices and (if necessary) will refurbish them accordingly with the best components, but still, waterproofing isn't guaranteed. As a result, any water damage to your device will void your warranty.
